Okay so I've had a pretty crappy couple of weeks. Do you ever get to that point where it seems like no matter what you do, there is someone standing around the corner, waiting to punch you in the face? And then you think they won't be there this time, so you turn the corner and BAM! You take another one to the face. You ever feel like that? No? Well pretend you do.
I need good news. Happy things. Happy thoughts. About anything and everything. Make us laugh and smile today. Before I get punched again.
Jeff
BABES IN JOYLAND
Okay so this isn't really a Babes in Joyland song, but I heard it on the radio last week and it did make me smile. It also probably made me a little gay.
McRibs are back.
There.
Now get happy.

Jeff, This past weekend was Rosh Hashanah. What does that mean? It's a new year, buddy. Close the book on 5769 and let's have a great 5770!
Keith
P.S. If that thought doesn't help, try this video for a laugh. I know your daughter's not quite ready for college but use your imagination: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yu4zMvE6FH4

It's not snowing in Texas!
College girl called me today. Two inches of snow in Laramie when she woke up this morning.
That's gotta make you smile--knowing that you'll probably never need to use a snow blower again :)

The Phillies magic number is 6 and then we clinch the NL Eastern Division! Okay, so maybe that's happy news only for me and other Phillies fans.

Jeff, the new Miley Cyrus song is even better than The Climb! If I lived closer, we could play that song at top volume and dance around with our daughters and have the time of our lives. But since I'm not, download that thing and cheer up. If there's one guy who DOESN'T deserve a punch in the face, it's you.

You play golf better than me.
(Granted, everyone plays golf better than me...so, okay: you play golf better than Gischler)

Jeff, One more thing. I'm in my office paying bills. Yuck. But am listening to Slacker (a personal radio station) and it makes the time whiz by. Try Slacker (my favorite at slacker.com or Pandora). Keith (currently nodding head in rhythm to You Really Got Me by the Kinks).

Julia's home sick today and I put off writing while we watched Princess Diaries for the umpteenth time on On Demand. We had a big bowl of popcorn.
We didn't fight for two hours. Now that's a happy thing!
Be happy that Hannah isn't yet a teenager.

Go read Shit My Dad Says

If that doesn't make you happy, you're beyond the reach of mortals.

Jeff,
I'm reading Killer Swell right now and it rocks! If there was a soundtrack for your first book what would it be?
Best,
Aaron Hilton
